  1. Write a letter of gratitude to someone, someone who has played a really big positive role in your life who have never really thanked. Then, either call or visit and read them the letter.
  2. Volunteer at least for one day this month. Volunteering is a fantastic to show appreciation for all that YOU have in your life and it shows appreciation for those you are volunteering for. Studies have shown that people who volunteer have more a healthier and more positive, grateful attitude toward life.
