I am excited about co-creating your vision and then working along side you to put it into action! I have found my own coaching relationship to be very powerful for both my business and for my life and I look forward to sharing the coaching process with you.

My approach to coaching is about you as a whole person: your values, your goals, work, dreams, balance, purpose and passions.  We will work together to create a coaching relationship that is specific to you.  This is called designing the alliance and it is something we can continue to utilize and revisit.

I am including a series of worksheets here for you to download and complete prior to our first session.  If we are coaching around your vision for starting or growing your business – please complete the State of Your Business.

Please review and complete as much as possible before our next meeting.  If you do not complete it all – that is fine.  This process is meant to spark your thought process as we begin our work together.

Please go to http://awomanalive.com/initial-coaching-session/ to schedule your initial 6o minute session.  You may use this link to schedule your full package of sessions up to 8 weeks from your start date – or we can schedule your remaining sessions by phone during our first meeting.


Payment is due in full prior to our first coaching session.  You can complete the personal Information form with Credit Card Information and either Fax to me, 631-938-0322, or scan and email.  If you would prefer: please call me at 646-546-0644.

Referral Policy

For every customer you refer to me who signs up for a cycle of coaching, you will receive one free session in your current cycle.  Please note that my initial introductions are always FREE so that potential clients have an opportunity to see if coaching is the right opportunity for them.


If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before our scheduled time.  If a client cancels with less then 48 hours notice you be charged for the missed appointment.  I understand that emergencies happen and if this the case and causes a cancellation with less 48 hours notice we will have a discussion about rescheduling at a time convenient for both of us.

Appointments are scheduled for one hour, session runs for 50 minutes.  If you are late the session will still end promptly at 50 minutes beyond the scheduled arrival time.

Please know that if for any reason I need to reschedule with you, I will do so with 48 hours notice or you will receive a free session.

Confidentiality Agreement

I hold all of the information that we discuss to be completely confidential and never to be shared by me with anyone other than yourself without direct, written permission authorized by you.

Diane’s Coaching Agreements

I agree at all times to hold you, the client, as naturally creative, resourceful and whole.  I will be here for our regularly scheduled calls/sessions, on time and ready to coach.  I will be absolutely straightforward, honest and authentic with you and I agree to hold your agenda as the primary focus of the coaching relationship.  I commit to taking risks, asking the hard questions, hold you accountable to your goals, to always speak frankly and with out attachment so that I am in service only to your growth, your learning, your goals and your agenda.
